Youth Baseball Winter Training Program
The Youth Baseball Winter Training Program is designed to help prepare baseball players ages 7 to 12 for the Spring season. HQ4 is proud to help players get ready to play for their league teams - Little League, Cal Ripken, etc. Practicing one hour each week over the winter makes a huge difference in ability and confidence. Players are grouped by age and skill level.
The training focuses on the fundamentals: throwing, fielding and hitting. Professional coaches lead drills to teach proper mechanics, spending half the time on fielding and throwing and the other half on hitting each week.
- Held at the Climate Controlled HQ4 Facility
- 4:1 Player to Coach Ratio
- COACH PITCH/MACHINE PITCH GROUPS: Saturdays at 3:00pm, Sundays at 12:00pm, or Sundays at 1:00pm
- MINORS GROUPS: Saturdays at 4:00pm, Sundays at 2:00pm, or Sundays at 3:00pm
- MAJORS GROUPS: Sundays at 4pm

The HQ4 Middle School Baseball Winter Training Program is designed to prepare baseball players for their school tryouts in February.
90 minute sessions allow for more in depth training, run like a top middle school team practice.
Professional coaches lead training structured to teach proper mechanics to play at the Middle School level. Players can work on their primary and secondary positions as well as hitting each week.
- Sundays from 5:00pm to 6:30pm
- Held at the Climate Controlled HQ4 Facility

The HQ4 Middle School Softball Winter Training Program is designed to prepare softball players for their school tryouts.
90 minute sessions allow for more in depth training, run like a top middle school team practice.
Led by professional coaches, this program focuses on proper hitting mechanics and positional defensive training. Players work on their primary and secondary positions as well as how to handle yourself at tryouts.
- Saturdays from 8:00am to 9:30am
- Held at the Climate Controlled HQ4 Facility

Three week intensive for Pitchers & Catchers!
Professional HQ4 Coaches lead one hour sessions focused specifically on Pitcher and Catcher skill development.
Pitchers will work on mechanics, control, developing new pitches, and more.
Catchers will work on receiving, blocking, throwing, game management, and more.

Two weeks of defensive training focused on infield and outfield play!
Players will work with professional HQ4 coaches to develop their defensive skills. These one hour training sessions will include working through the ball, backhand, forehand, slow rollers, over the shoulder, angles, fly balls, and more!
